PARTNER REQUIREMENTS:

  1. GOOD FINANCIAL STANDING: Business must be in good financial and legal standing.  We will require financial information, as well as references to support this information.  Also, information on ownership structure is required.
  2. APPROPRIATE BUSINESS FOCUS TO FIT OUR MODEL: Business focus must be in sales and marketing to end user and system integrator market, not brokers or resellers and not in the general buying and selling of volume telecom commodity products.
  3. EXPERIENCE: Experience in sales of “unused or used product” is preferred.
  4. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF OUR TERMS OF BUSINESS: Partner must agree to the terms and conditions of our invoice.
  5. SHARE WITH US YOUR MARKETING PLANS: We will require information regarding market penetration of our major stock line items, as well as general business forecast sales of this product
  6. GOOD COMMUNICATORS: Internet/email connectivity for all contacts within the company participating.  Designate purchasing, accounting and logistic contacts for us to work with within the company, on a daily basis.
  7. SHARE COMPETITIVE INFORMATION: Provide competitive information and discussion as requested from time to time.

We have different pricing programs depending upon the level of commitment the Partner wishes to make.  In all cases, our prices are intended to be the most competitive in the market. 

We encourage our Partners to work with us as to competitive pricing issues.  We intend to make our prices so that our partners cannot only be competitive, but can make a fair return on the sale.  Rebate programs for additional discounts upon achievement of agreed volumes are also available.
