Does DataQDirect sell used or refurbished equipment?
No, DataQDirect does not sell any used or refurbished equipment. All of DataQDirect’s products are factory-sealed and delivered directly to our warehouses from the factory, so they are guaranteed to be authentic. All DataQDirect products are also guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials for a full ninety (90) days from the date of delivery.

Is DataQDirect an authorized distributor?
DataQDirect is not affiliated with the manufacturer of the products and is not the manufacturer’s authorized distributor of the products. All of DataQDirect’s products are warranted by DataQDirect against defects in workmanship and materials for ninety (90) days from the date of delivery. When you purchase from DataQDirect, you acknowledge and understand that, since you are buying products outside of the manufacturer’s authorized distribution network, they are not warranted by and may not be serviced by the manufacturer, and the use of the products in a system with other products may void the manufacturer’s warranties on the remaining parts of the system.
